DMV Oral Cancer 5K 2026 Fundraiser: Give Oral Cancer a Voice

Oral cancer affects tens of thousands of Americans every year. In fact, 59,660 Americans were newly diagnosed with oral cancer in 2025, including cancers of the mouth, tongue, tonsils, throat, salivary glands, and other oral tissues. Because this disease touches so many lives, we are committed to bringing our community together to raise awareness, support early detection, and fund vital research.

We invite you to join us for the DMV Oral Cancer 5K 2026 Fundraiser, a community-driven event benefiting the Oral Cancer Foundation (OCF). Every dollar raised goes directly to OCF, and all donations are tax deductible.

Why This Event Matters

The DMV Oral Cancer 5K supports:

  • Oral cancer research
  • Public education and awareness
  • Patient support programs

April is Oral Cancer Awareness Month, and early detection truly saves lives. As part of this event, all attendees will receive a free oral cancer screening, helping promote proactive care and early diagnosis within our community.

We are incredibly grateful to the 60+ dental offices and sponsors who joined us last year. Together, we can continue to make a meaningful impact.

🕢 Registration: 7:30 AM   Walk/Run Begins: 9:00 AM

Registration Costs

Walkers:

  • $35 pre-registration (T-shirt included)
  • $40 day of event (T-shirt included while supplies last)

Runners:

  • $45 pre-registration (T-shirt included)

Virtual Supporters:

  • $25 (no T-shirt)

Oral Cancer Survivors: FREE

Children 5 and under: FREE

Children ages 6–10: $15
